Cancellation Policy:

We regret to inform you that we do not offer cancellations once an order has been placed. Our policy is to process and ship all orders promptly to ensure that you receive your items as soon as possible. As such, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

Return Policy:

We understand that sometimes, items may arrive damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist you with a return. To be eligible for a return, you must provide us with a parcel opening video from start to end without any pause or edit. This video will serve as proof that the product was damaged during transit and will help us to process your return quickly and efficiently.

Please note that all returns must be in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact, and must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the product. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If it does, we will process your refund, minus any shipping costs, within 7-10 business days. Please note that the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
